Give us a call or fill out the form and we’ll pop together a collection of garments for you to try on at your leisure. Then simply return to us the garments you don’t wish to keep. It’s just all part of the KOOKY service designed to make you look and feel sensational.

Appro Service

Please fill out our appro service request form and click send. We will then ring you within 24 hours (or 48 if you submit on Saturday) and arrange to send you a box of clothes to try. When we call we will discuss such things as which sizes to send and the characteristics of the garments etc. Alternatively, once you have submitted the form you can call us on our toll free number 0508 456 179.

We then take your credit card number over the phone and charge you for the courier each way which depending on size and distance will be $7-$30. You will be refunded for any courier tickets you do not use. We ask that the unwanted clothes be returned to us no later than 4 working days after you receive them.
When we receive the box back we charge you for the clothes you have selected and send you out an invoice.
It’s as easy as that!
