We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Direct Debit.
 
Shipping
 
Your goods will be dispatched FREE OF CHARGE within N.Z and WORLDWIDE all within 48 hours. Online sales will be actioned and goods dispatched Monday – Friday so if you purchase after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend your purchase will be actioned on Monday.
If you order on a public holiday, your order will be processed on the next available working day.
 
Expected delivery times worldwide are generally 3 - 5 working days but will advise you if delivery times vary.
 
Returns policy
 
As well as our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act and Fair Trading Act we offer a 100% money back guarantee. This means that if you are not happy with your product send it back to us within 14 days of date of purchase unwashed, with original tags attached and your receipt and we will replace it for you, offer a credit note or refund your money in full, whichever you prefer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not in their original condition. We will also refund your shipping costs back to us upon receipt of the goods if a replacement, refund or credit note is given. Send your goods to:

Stock availability

Garments are subject to availability. As there is a delay between when the order is placed and when it is accepted, it is possible that stock may run out. If this occurs you will be contacted within 48 hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends) so you can either select an alternate colour/ style  or the item can be refunded or a credit note requested.
